NATIONAL PARKS

They cover 10% of the country's territory. Today we have the pleasure to present to you the Lope National Park located in the province of Ogooué Ivindo in the North-East of Gabon With an area of 3070,815 kilometers square and consists of the tropical forest, wild animals such as buffalos and its touristic complex.

GABON

CULUNARY ART

Gabon invites you to discover one of its cassava leaf-based recipes: a revisited recipe from Chef O'MIEL, a cook and entrepreneur whose particularity is to deconstruct the recipe, study the structure and reconstruct them. He defines himself as a "culinary designer". Today's special recipe is: Foie gras with cassava leaves.
