Completed visa forms:
one (1) original and one (1) copy.
A copy of the YF immunization card/record.
Exemption letter/statement from primary physician/medical provider.
Each applicant must provide an official letter of invitation from hosting or sponsoring governmental entity.
An invitation letter from a Gabonese based company or business acquaintance/affiliate conducting business in Gabon.
Hotel Reservation, agenda from an existing tour guide company, and flight itinerary.
Certificat d'Hebergement (a legalized document that can be obtained from a point of contact or reference at Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mayor Office, Police Station, or City Hall in Gabon).
